Why Lifestyle Photography?
I want to preface this article by saying that I love photography because it allows me to tell stories. I can tell stories of my family and I can tell the story of others, through image. I want to make an impact in the world and I want to leave a legacy for my girls to see and be seen in the future generations. I personally want to remember my kids as they are, not as they are posed. Gone are the days that photography has to be staged, fake and stressful. Nobody likes standing or sitting in a random pose that looks a tad awkward and hearing "Say Cheese!"
Lifestyle photography is a very laid back style of session that allows everyone to be their unique self, showing their beauty, love, style and emotion. These sessions can be held anywhere, outdoor at a beautiful park, in my studio, your home or Ikea (which I really want to do).
